Why purchase servers from you ? Because we offer high quality servers at very competitive prices. Feel free to check and compare us with any other provider.

Why are your servers less expensive than other sellers ? Thanks to our constant effort to find the sources with the highest cost/quality ratio and our long experience in the dedicated server field we are able to offer exceptional prices.

What is the minimum subscription period for a dedicated server ? Unless indicated a server is purchased on a monthly basis with a month to month contract. You may cancel the contract at anytime provided you send a notification within 10 days before the monthly renewal period.

Why are the options you propose more limited than other server suppliers ? Simply because the more options that would be offered the higher the price becomes. Since we calculate our offers to have the best cost/quality ratio possible we cannot maintain a large diversity of options.

Which means of payment do you accept ? You may pay with PayPal if you have a PayPal account. If not then by credit card through PayPal. We chose PayPal as our payment processor because they offer an excellent buyer protection program.

What management level do you offer with the servers ? Our servers are sold as unmanaged. This means that we offer a best effort basic support service. If a server is purchased with cPanel + WHM which is a very complete server management panel then there are excellent 3rd party server management companies who for a monthly fee of $25.00-$30.00 offer a full management package.

What is your hardware replacement policy ? Any hardware failures are dealt with as rapidly as possible by the data center and any defective equipment will be replaced free of charge.

What is your delivery delay on a server order ? Basically it is 2-3 working days.
